RETURNS POLICY

1. We send your card by Canada Post so please refer to their site for delivery information. https://www.canadapost.ca/

• We cannot provide any guarantees once we have posted your card. We pay the standard postage rate.
• If you have requested a tracking number, we will provide that (Extra Charges Apply, Rates Determined by Canada Post)

2. We will refund your card if we have made a mistake. Every effort will be made to ensure it is Perfect!
3. We want to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
